Digital Products (Recipes and Tutorials)
1. What are by Sah Gomez's digital products?
These are ebooks, PDF tutorials, and crochet patterns that teach you how to make our pieces, with photos, charts, and detailed descriptions, ready to be downloaded and used. Digital products are not physically shipped, as they are delivered exclusively by email as a downloadable file.
2. How do I receive my digital product?
After payment confirmation, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download your file immediately. Please check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox within 1 hour.
3. Can I request a refund for digital products?
Since the products are digital and immediately accessible , Brazilian law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) does not require returns in these cases , as the content can be downloaded and stored at the time of purchase.
However, we value your experience! If you have any problems with the file or difficulty accessing it, please contact us and we will resolve it with the utmost care.
4. Can I sell the pieces made using by Sah Gomez's patterns?
Yes! You can sell the pieces you produce following our patterns, on a small scale. We only ask that you do not resell or distribute the material provided in the pattern/tutorial you purchased. Please give credit to Sah Gomez, if possible!
Exchanges and Returns (Physical Products)
5. What is the deadline for requesting an exchange or return?
You have 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection Code).
6. How do I initiate a return?
To start the process, contact us within 7 days of receipt via email at contato@bysahgomez.com.br or WhatsApp.
7. Where can I see the history and details of my orders?
You can access all the details, including the shipping status and download link for the digital products, in the Customer Area of our website.
